What if I have a medical problem?
Apartment:
- Please send a cheque in any
currency or make a bank transfer for the deposit,
which is 25% of the
full price.
- Our bank details are available on request.
- Then please pay the
balance, 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

Car Hire:
- You need to pay for your Car Hire at the pick up point, either at Casa
Rosa or the Airport.
- You can pay in any currency, or Credit Cards directly to the Car Hire
company.
The Village:
- The Local village of Moncarapacho is only 5mins away by car and has two
banks with ATM cash machines.
- The post office is also there.
Currency:
- Yes, you can either change money from sterling to Euro over the
counter at the Bank.
- Or use the ATM cash machine at the Banks in our local village.
Restaurants & Supermarkets:
- You will find plenty of Restaurants in the village and local towns. The
closest 400m down the road.
- In the village you will find 3 Mini Markets/Supermarket.
Beaches:
The beautiful Beach of Fuzeta is only 10min drive away with:
- Miles of sandy Beach.
- A short ferry boat ride to a Beach Island.
Water:
- The water here is pure mineral water pumped from our own well
it
is quite safe to drink, however:-
- Some people do prefer to buy bottled water and your discretion is
advised.

The whole premises carries full liability
insurance and each apartment has a smoke detector and fire extinguisher.
Casa Rosa is run from 1st January 2008 by
Kjersti and Jan-Ketil Nyborg who also
holds the shares in the Lda, they live on the premises and are
available to offer advice and help sort out any problems guests may have.
